Rebecca Fahey on 2. Civil War History Lesson on Taunton Green.Since we moved to Taunton their has always been pride in it’s history and always readily available through events gatherings or the citizens themselves the community. It’s very neat.
Mary Martin Benner on 2020 Postcard Competition Entries and VotingLove The Wayside Inn! Spent my mother’s Birthday celebration here over the years with family and friends! She was from Waltham, MA.
John W. Ruggles, II on 2. Civil War History Lesson on Taunton Green.Nice to have a new picture. Wish the one person didn’t have a ‘hoodie’ on, but, I am old. Love the older pictures, they are great, but, we seem them often. Time to make some new history since the older history we can’t seem to keep anymore because everything offends someone… sigh…
Colles B. Larkin on 2020-Cape_Anne_MuseumYou can fairly hear the music! ~ And the Cape Ann Museum is a REAL treasure!!!
Cathy on 2020-Stoneham_Historical_CommissionThat’s so interesting Marcia. It’s Cathy Ray Grafton. I grew up on the Melrose line, going to little hardware stores. Bribes me back to my childhood.
Cathy on 2020-Historic_NewtonWhat beautiful handwork t these girls did. Could be one of our grandmothers. Lol
Deb von R on 2020-Cape_Anne_MuseumI wonder when this was taken. The kids are wearing shoes, Keds or flip flops. Some Bobby socks and cardigans. Not a single branded piece of clothing ( like North Face or LLBean) nor running shoes as we know them. I’m guessing early 60’s? Maybe late 50’s even? Great shot.
